About me
Developer who also runs the business.
I started in an office role at an SMM agency in Dhaka, later sitting next to the developers — and never left the screen. In March 2026 I co-founded Caffode with Error, where I'm Founder & CEO and work actively as its full-stack developer. Caffode runs fully remote — no office, all client work delivered online. Besides that, I'm an Office Executive at a company based in Uttara, Dhaka. Both part-time, with Computer Science coursework filling what's left.
That mix is the point. I've written the code, handled the customers, planned the campaigns, and fixed the server at midnight — so when I build something, I'm thinking about what it costs to run and whether it will actually sell, not just whether it compiles. I also work with AI integrated into the process, which means a better outcome in less time.

Production-grade commerce and studio platform — the flagship product of my own company.
- Problem
- A single place to sell products, manage customers, and run the studio's content without paying for five separate SaaS tools — built well enough that a licensed version can be sold to other businesses.
- My role
- Founder & CEO — I lead product and engineering; co-founded with Error (Co-Founder & CEO)
What it took
- Role-based admin dashboard — products, orders, customers, and content in one place.
- Firebase authentication with separate admin and customer permission gates.
- Supabase Postgres through Prisma, with file and image uploads on Supabase Storage.
- Dynamic billboard and banner system for running campaigns without a redeploy.
- Secrets kept outside the deploy root so hosting-panel edits can never break production.
- Git-based auto-deploy pipeline onto shared hosting, with zero-downtime rebuilds.
- Built to production standard — a licensed version is planned for sale to other businesses.
Result — Live production site running the whole Caffode business.

Shine Wave
Browser game built for the web, monetised with ad networks.

- Bring playable, instant-load game content to caffode.store and earn from traffic without an app store.

- Runs instantly in the browser on desktop and mobile.
- Versioned deploys so players always get the newest build, never a stale cache.
- Ad placement tuned per page so gameplay stays clean.
Result — Live on caffode.store as the site's flagship game.
